The steps involved

Appetite Retraining uses the following steps:

  1. Identify those specific eating habits which contribute to your being overweight
  2. Anticipate what mental blocks or saboteurs you are likely to encounter, so you can address these as you make changes to your unhelpful eating habits
  3. Learn to use the Appetite Pendulum
  4. Learn to stop eating when you are just full
  5. Learn how not to start eating until you are definitely hungry
  6. Learn how to tell what you want to eat at any particular meal or snack so that you always really enjoy your food

This approach is radically different from conventional dieting. You’ll discover what to eat and how much to eat. Your body will tell you these things as you learn to listen to it. Appetite Retraining teaches you how to do this.
